Listening to Soulanges
Before speaking, we have to listen. A vision shaped with you, not for you.
The months leading up to an election are about much more than chasing votes. They are a rare opportunity to take the pulse of a region — to understand what moves it forward, what holds it back, what worries it and what inspires it. That's exactly what I'm doing today, from one end of Soulanges to the other.
From the streets of Hudson to the neighbourhoods of Saint-Lazare, from Pointe-Fortune to Saint-Zotique, from one community hall to the next, I'm meeting residents, associations, businesses, community organizations and elected officials. Not to deliver a speech, but to sit down, ask questions and, above all, listen. Not just hear the words, but understand the realities behind them.
Because Soulanges is a riding of contrasts and quiet strengths. Families putting down roots, entrepreneurs building, seniors who have given so much, organizations holding entire communities together. Each one has a story. Each one has expectations. And each one deserves a representative who truly knows their daily reality before claiming to defend it.
That is the listening — deep and sincere — on which I am building my commitment to Soulanges. Every meeting counts. Every voice adds to a vision shaped with you, not for you.
Have something to say? I want to hear it.
